Hawaiian Airlines already is in full throttle even as the state tries to dig itself out of a recession. The state's oldest carrier said yesterday it is accelerating its expansion plans with the purchase of an additional Airbus A330-200 aircraft that will be delivered in the second quarter of 2011.
